My Philosophy

If you are struggling with depression and/or anxiety, having difficulty with relationships or would like to get more out of life, psychotherapy may help.

Therapy works best when there is an environment of mutual trust between the therapist and you, and when you feel comfortable discussing life's challenges. Ultimately, the therapeutic process brings relief and you start feeling less depressed and/or anxious, and you can begin to make positive changes in your life.

My practice focuses on adults and geriatrics in individual, family and group settings. I have extensive clinical experience with depression and anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, sex and gender identity, grief and loss,self esteem and more.
